Privacy notice
This notice applies to the VOLIFACT inquiry form. The site uses no advertising trackers, analytics cookies or external form processing services.
What is collected
When you send an inquiry, the site stores your name, email, business or project name if supplied, selected service, indicative budget, project description, consent and its version, submission date and inquiry reference. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Purpose and basis
These details are used only to review your request, respond and discuss potential work. The basis is the consent you give when submitting. Your data is not sold or added to a marketing list.
Storage and access
Inquiry records are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database for 90 days after submission. Expired records are removed by the next successful hourly cleanup or valid inquiry submission. Database access is intended only for the VOLIFACT operator. Automatic forwarding to a CRM, email service or AI service is not configured. Provider backups and operator exports have separate retention rules.
Your requests
To withdraw consent, ask for a copy, correct or delete your details, send a new inquiry through the same form using the original email and inquiry reference. State that it is a data request. The operator must verify ownership of the address before disclosing or deleting any record.
Technical information
To protect the form, D1 stores a keyed hash of the network address and a request counter for each 15-minute window. The hash changes between windows. Expired counters are deleted by the next successful cleanup. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the application database. Your language selection is saved only in your browser’s localStorage. Interactive example content is not sent to the server. Cloudflare may separately maintain connection logs under its own terms.
